PART 1: Dataflow and charts
To validate your data on CEFREF it is important to understand dataflow and what the different charts show.

Please answer the following 12 questions, which evaluate your understanding of data flow and the charts.
Stage 1: Input page to Diary page
Headache and painkiller data is transferred to diary page. (Here, Headache pain = moderate, and painkiller taken.)
Stage 2: Diary page to 28-Day Review to 84-Day Review
Headache and Painkiller data are transferred from the Diary page to the 28-Day Review chart.
Total Headache and Painkiller data from 3 consecutive 28-Day periods (e.g. -3 to -1) are transferred to the 84-Day Review chart.

The 28-Day Review chart shows Headache and Painkiller-Days in 28-day periods. '-1' is the current period (i.e. the last 28-days). '-2' is the 28-days before that. Here the total number of Headache-Days over the last 28-days (i.e. period -1) is 11.

The 84-Day Review chart shows the average data over 3 consecutive 28-day periods (e.g. -3 to -1). Here the average total number of Headache-Days over the last 28-days is 5.

*The same dataflow occurs between Month Review and 3-Month Review (not shown).

Stage 3: Diary page to Headache- / Painkiller-Free Days chart
Starting from today (11th March), count backwards the number of days when headache / painkiller free. Here there have been 3 Headache-Free Days and 5 Painkiller Free Days.
Stage 4: 28-Day Review to 28-Day Average chart
Day-to-day changes (-1, 0 or +1) in bar totals on the 28-Day Review chart determine direction of trendline on 28-Day Average chart.

Subtract YESTERDAY Headache ( or Painkiller) Day total (bottom chart) from TODAY (top chart) total.

i.e. Headache, 11 - 12 = -1 (downtrend)

i.e. Painkiller, 6 - 6 = 0 (stable)
